🎯 About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Systems Manager to oversee the entire IT systems infrastructure of a well-established Swiss financial institution. You will be responsible for the performance, stability, and security of both on-prem and cloud-based environments, while supporting internal users and aligning IT with business continuity needs.

🧩 Your Core Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and secure operation of critical systems including:

  • VMware vSphere

  • Red Hat Linux & Windows Server environments

  • Active Directory & Hyperconverged infrastructure

  • Microsoft Azure (local integration)

  • Backup technologies (Veeam or equivalent)

  • DevSecOps & IT resilience systems

• Deliver 1st and 2nd level support to internal users

• Maintain system documentation and business continuity plans

• Lead regular IT recovery and incident response exercises

• Act as a key contributor to IT transformation projects

🧠 Your Profile

• Degree in IT Engineering or equivalent, specialized in Systems Infrastructure

• 6+ years' experience in Systems Management, ideally in Swiss banking

• Certified in VMware vSphere, Veeam, Windows Server, or Red Hat Linux

• Hands-on expertise in managing virtualized & secure environments

• Familiar with ITIL and service-oriented support models

• Strong grasp of cybersecurity, risk management, and BCP strategies

• Fluent in French and English

• Swiss residency is a must

• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills
