🎯 Your Role:

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements 📄

• Organize workshops, brainstorming sessions, and development meetings to define functional needs 🧠

• Translate complex business requests into actionable user stories and functional specs 🎯

• Partner with technical experts to ensure clear, complete product detailed specifications 🤝

• Facilitate meetings between business and technology teams to validate requirements 🛠️

• Recommend business process improvements aligned with Core Banking capabilities 🔧

• Maintain ownership of documentation across the project lifecycle 📚

• Contribute to the testing strategy, perform functional testing, and support UAT phases 🔍

• Support Post-Go-Live checks and ensure successful solution deployment ✅

• Contribute to developing additional services around the product offering 🚀

🛠️ Your Profile:

• Proven experience as Business Analyst, preferably within banking and payment environments 💳

• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements 🧩

• Skilled in facilitating workshops and driving cross-team collaboration 🗣️

• Good understanding of functional testing and UAT processes 🧪

• Fluent in English (French is a plus!) 🇬🇧🇫🇷

• Available to work in Lausanne with occasional on-site presence 🏢
