Your Mission:
As an IT Digital Project Manager, you will be at the heart of our client's digital transformation. You will be responsible for implementing innovative digital solutions to enhance internal efficiency and provide an exceptional experience for clients, candidates, and associates.
Your Responsibilities:
- Implement New Solutions: Gather and analyze the needs of internal and external clients.
- International Collaboration: Adapt global applications to local needs and regulations.
- Project Management: Lead the implementation of solutions within the allocated budget and schedule.
- Documentation: Document project use cases and specifications.
- Coordination: Coordinate testing, deployment, and training for agencies.
- Change Management: Participate in change management activities, such as user communications and organizational changes.
- Monitoring: Track solution adoption and user satisfaction through performance indicators and surveys.
Your Profile:
- University degree in Business or a related IT field.
- At least 7 years of experience in business analysis and digital solution implementation.
- Project management experience, ideally with Agile development methods (Scrum).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing external IT partners.
- Experience in change management is a plus.
- Very good business English (written and spoken) and a very good level of French or German (a good level of the second language is a plus).
