Role Summary: We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our client's forward-thinking team, dedicated to transforming supply chain operations. This role is perfect for someone eager to drive impactful changes across global operations by collaborating with diverse teams. You'll be responsible for delivering IT solutions that meet supply chain business needs and enhance operational efficiency. The position involves working with SAP and other key systems, including WMS, OMS, TMS, and B2B commerce platforms.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate discovery sessions to gather and document business requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify optimal solutions and assess potential benefits.
  • Create detailed project plans and estimate resource requirements.
  • Design comprehensive supply chain, procurement, and sales processes, identifying necessary configurations and developments.
  • Convert business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with offshore development teams to ensure timely and high-quality IT deliverables.
  • Develop test scenarios and oversee system testing prior to user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Coordinate UAT and provide support to business users as needed.
  • Prepare deployment plans and manage the implementation process, including post-implementation support and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience with SAP SD and MM modules, specializing in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes.
  • Strong expertise in the functional and technical aspects of SAP supply chain systems, including logistics and procurement process design, implementation, and integration.
  • In-depth understanding of SAP integration architecture, including interface development, IDOC management, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
  • Solid knowledge of supply chain management principles, processes, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong documentation and process formalization abilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across various functions.
  • Ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French and Italian is a plus.
  • Experience with logistics and execution management tools is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in supply chain operations within luxury, fashion, or retail sectors is beneficial.
  • SAP certification or formal training is preferred.
