Role Overview:

The IT VIP Supporter provides high-quality, tailored IT support to senior executives and other high-profile stakeholders. To ensure seamless IT service, the role is split across two positions, covering operational hours from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. This arrangement guarantees comprehensive support during critical business hours.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 IT support for VIP users, ensuring minimal disruption to workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for laptops, mobile devices, AV systems, and other peripherals.
• Manage and optimize VIP user setups, including conference room technology, remote access, and secure connectivity.
• Proactively identify and address potential IT challenges specific to VIP requirements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive data and interactions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
• Offer training and guidance on technology best practices to VIP users

Your Skills:

• Proven experience in IT support, with a focus on executive-level service.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and enterprise tools (e.g., Office 365, VPNs).
• Familiarity with AV and video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability.
• Fluency in German is a must
