Your Responsibilities:

  • Subject Matter Expert for MES WERUM PAS-X
  • Subject Matter Expert for Level 3 Systems (SAP, MES, PCS MBR, IPC+, ANTARES, SAP ATTP, etc.) in the areas of Pharma Parenterals, OI, Solids, DAP & F2P2
  • Participation (implementation) of projects for the introduction of new functionalities, products, and processes considering deadlines, costs, compliance, quality, and safety.
  • Introduction, maintenance, and optimization of MES and other Level 3 systems like OSI PI, IPC+, TrakSYS
  • Identification of new requirements, development, coordination, and implementation of system changes for Level 3 systems for Pharma Parenterals, OI, Solids, DAP & F2P2
  • Support in process data analysis (SCAN, Tableau Reports)
  • Compliance with GMP, EHS, and SOX guidelines and regulations associated with the respective function
  • 1st Level Support and Life Cycle Management (LCM) for MES WERUM PAS-X
    • Master Batch Record Design (MBR)
    • Generic Master Batch Record (GMBR)
    • Parameter / Parameter Value List (PVL)
    • Life Cycle Management of Parameter Value Lists - Parametrize Master Batch Record (PMBR)
    • Provision of PCS MBR Elements / PCS MBR Administration
    • Equipment specification (ESP)

Your Skills:

  • Subject Matter Expert for Level 3 Systems
  • Provision of 1st Level Support
  • Coordination of Incident Management
  • Comprehensive and timely communication regarding planned system maintenance
  • Coordination and collaboration with departments such as Production, QA, IT, Planning, Master Data Management, etc.
  • Interface between the Operation Support Groups and Execution Systems
  • Technical support for troubleshooting tasks
  • Creation of guidelines and user manuals as well as conducting user training
  • Initiation, coordination, and execution of tasks in the Change Management System: Requirements analysis, conception and realization of functionality, components, and interfaces, review, test, and documentation
  • Qualification and validation of business applications
  • Participation in regulatory and internal audits
  • Simplifying and making processes transparent using the 'LEAN' philosophy
  • Setting priorities and informing internal/external customers about work progress as well as escalation in case of problems and deviations
  • Fluency in German is a must
