Technical Support Lead (macOS, iOS)

Our client is looking for a Technical Support Lead to actively participate in supporting and supervising our IT support team of two junior technicians. You will set up, maintain and optimize the IT systems, mainly in an Apple environment.

Mission / Role

Your main tasks will involve :

- Technical Support Lead

- IT asset management

- Project Management

Experience / Qualifications:

- Degree in computer science, engineering or related field;

- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT support, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team management role, ideally in an Apple environment;

- Excellent knowledge of Apple operating systems (macOS, iOS), networks, management software and IT security tools;

- Experience in stock management, inventory, repair and purchasing of IT equipment;

- Experience in managing and administering user environments on Microsoft, Google and Apple clouds;

- Excellent communication, leadership and conflict management skills. Ability to work in a team and motivate others;

- Knowledge of Jamf mobile device management system;

- Very good command of French and English (written and spoken).
