Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for a Coordinator of Penetration Tests.
Location: Zürich
Start date: 01.01.2025
End date: 31.12.2025
Main responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate security reviews such as Penetration Tests and BugBounty activities from start to finish
- Manage resources and capacity of external penetration testers
- Interact with internal application responsibles and external penetration test companies to ensure that security reviews are completed on time
- Moderate meetings and ensure that decisions are captured accurately and transparently
- Track the remediation of identified pentest findings throughout their entire lifecycle
- Ensure data quality of the pentest process and findings and conduct regular reporting
- Work with stakeholders to continuously improve the process and tooling for pentest coordination
Your skills:
- Excellent planning and coordination skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written German and English language
- Preferably trainings/exams completed in the area of IT project management, such as CSM, CMP, PMP, PRINCE2 or similar
- Optionally, but not explicitly required, certifications in the field of IT Security domain such as CISSP or OSCP are of advantage
- strong collaborator with the ability to take ownership.

- Willingness and ability to continuously learn new skills
