Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for a Security Engineer.
Location: Zürich
Start date: 14.11.2024
End date: 31.12.2025
Main responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, implementation and support of team process automation strategies.
- Collaborate with service stakeholders to analyze new features.
- Implement and maintain improvements and features on IT Security Services.
- Analyse and solve errors, incidents and troubleshoot user issues
- Maintain system technical documentation (mostly based on confluence)
- Ensure the application of best practices.
- Availability for on-call duty
Your skills:
- University degree or higher technical education
- Expertise in one or more of the following IT Security Engineering topics: Secure Browsing (Zscaler), PAM, PKI or Multifactor Authentication
- Contribute to the development of architecture, concepts and processes
- Highly proactive, solution and results oriented individual with good abstract and conceptual thinking skills.
- Be able to independently assess and prioritise resolution of outstanding tasks and requests.
- 2nd and 3rd level Operational or Engineering level experience with IT Security Services
- Working experiences in complex and highly regulated environments
- Windows and Linux Administrator skills
- Experience working with automationtools/scripting like Ansible, Python, Bash/shell, Terraform, GIT, REST, Regular Expressions
- Certificates in one or more IT Security products would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English and German.
