Project: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager Guidewire to join the team of our client. You will lead complex projects centered around the Guidewire platform, collaborating with international teams to ensure implementation that meets business objectives. This is an opportunity to work on high-impact projects in the insurance and technology sectors.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and oversee the progress of projects involving the Guidewire suite (incl. customization of the Claim Center and Policy Center application);
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and propose suitable technical solutions;
• Work in an Agile Scrum environment, ensuring coordination between functional and technical teams;
• Manager client relationships and ensure clear communication at every project stage;
• Liaise between the client and software development teams across different geographies, on a global delivery model.

Your Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in project management (PMP or similar certifications are a strong asset), and previous experience in business analysis: A deep understanding of Guidewire, and more specifically of the Claims & Policy Management processes is needed;
• Strong technical acumen and ability to liaise with technical teams;
• Expertise in Agile methodology (Scrum);
• Proven track record in client-facing roles;
• Ability to work with distributed teams across different time zones;
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a strong plus.
