What You'll Do

• System Hardening - Implement and review security policies across clients, servers, network components, and cloud environments.
• Security Compliance - Monitor adherence to security policies and drive improvements.
• Vulnerability Management - Identify hardening gaps and coordinate remediation efforts with internal teams.
• Security Engineering - Optimize security controls and best practices for Windows, Linux, and VMware environments.

Your Superpower
🔹 Technical Security Expertise - Strong knowledge of Windows & Linux system hardening, as well as security best practices in Microsoft, Linux, and VMware environments.
🔹 Hands-On Experience - Background in IT security engineering, compliance, or system administration.
🔹 Education & Certifications - Degree in computer science (HF, FH, Uni) or equivalent IT security training (certifications are a plus).
🔹 Industry Experience - Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., banking, insurance) is highly valued.
🔹 Communication & Coordination - Ability to work with multiple teams, ensuring security policies are effectively implemented.
🔹 Language Skills - Fluent in German (mandatory) and English (working proficiency).
