Screening Support Analyst (KYC)

Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for a Screening Support Manager.

Location: Zürich

Start date: 01.11.2024

End date: 01.03.2025

Main responsibilities

  • Review and analyze alerts generated by compliance systems.
  • Cross-check alerts with client databases and other internal tools to assess potential true matches.
  • Justify and document the findings and conclusions from alert reviews in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across the first and second lines of defense, seeking support when necessary.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner, maintaining high attention to detail.

Your skills:

  • Bachelor or Master university degree in Finance, Business Administration, or financial industry related field.
  • Basic experience in Compliance, Risk Management, KYC profiling, or screening processes is preferred.
  • Prior experience in relationship management support functions is also considered valuable.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills; ability to interpret data and draw valid conclusions.
  • A keen attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of data and perform thorough reviews in a systematic and efficient manner.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, German or any other language is a plus.
