Are you a Business Analyst with experience in Enterprise Service Management implemented in Atlassian Cloud JiraSM ? Do you have a minimum of five (5) years working as a business analyst?

To deliver the required results, it's necessary that you have:

• Minimum of five (5) years working as a Business Analyst
• Experience in Enterprise Service Management implemented in Atlassian Cloud JiraSM
• User Experience (UX) design
• Experience in gathering user requirements and creating service management use cases in similar projects of named customers is required.
• The business analyst must be proficient in breaking down the identified use cases to workflows, UI elements, service desk and service catalogue components.
• Atlassian certifications
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
