We are seeking an experienced Business Engineer with a focus on S/4HANA modules FI/CO, SD, PS, and BP. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, evaluate the feasibility of solutions within SAP standards, and collaborate on the development and implementation of those solutions.

1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
   • Capture and analyze business requirements and end-to-end processes.
   • Assess feasibility within SAP standards and determine the need for additional developments and adjustments to surrounding systems.
2. Solution Development and Evaluation:
   • Develop and evaluate solution approaches considering benefits, economic viability, quality, and risks.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
   • Work closely with subject matter experts, IT developers, and other business engineers.
   • Ask the right questions to stakeholders and process their responses effectively.
4. Documentation and Artifact Creation:
   • Create necessary artifacts such as features, requirement specifications, and use cases.
5. Active Implementation Support:
   • Actively participate in the implementation, testing, and rollout phases.
6. Workshop Facilitation:
   • Organize, moderate, and conduct workshops with relevant stakeholders.

1. Business Engineering Experience:
   • Extensive experience in business engineering within the banking industry.
2. SAP Module Expertise:
   • Extensive experience in the fields affected by FI/CO, SD, PS, and BP modules (e.g., accounting, cost controlling).
3. Agile Methodologies:
   • Significant experience with agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum).
4. Analytical and Conceptual Skills:
   • Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, precise and structured working approach.
5. IT Affinity:
   • High affinity for IT.
6. Quick Comprehension:
   • Quick understanding and ability to work in a wide range of subject areas.
7. Problem-Solving Skills:
   • Strong problem-solving skills for analyzing complex interrelationships and dependencies.
8. Process Improvement:
   • Ability to question existing processes and enforce sustainable alternative solutions.
