On behalf of our Client, we are looking for:
IT Sourcing & Category Manager
Location: Fully remote - based in Switzerland
Workload: 100%
Contract duration: ASAP - September 2026

Your responsibilities:
- Execute sourcing initiatives and lead related contract negotiations
- Provide procurement and sourcing support for IT-related projects across: IT Services, IT Operations, Hardware, Software
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on sourcing strategies
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with procurement policies
- Utilize tools such as SAP Ariba (including eAuctioning), PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint to support procurement processes
- Contribute to achieving cost efficiency and process improvement in IT procurement
What do you bring:
- University degree, preferably in business or engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing and category management, specifically within IT categories
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and results-oriented
- Solid contract management expertise
- Proficiency with SAP Ariba, PowerBI, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
- Business-level fluency in English
- Must be located in Switzerland
Open to both mid-level and senior-level candidates; junior profiles are considered if they demonstrate the right attitude and some procurement experience.
