IT Project Lead Expert (IT PL Experte / Projektleiter)

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Lead Expert with extensive experience in Greenfield S/4HANA ERP migrations, particularly within the banking sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in advising on planning, conception, methodology, and organization, and will guide the implementation with deep IT knowledge.

• Best Practice Selection:
  Support the selection of best practices for successful transformation.

• S/4HANA Integration:
  Illustrate the interconnections of best practices within S/4HANA, including backend, FIORI, and end-to-end processes.

• Product Management Support:
  Assist product management during the transformation process.

• Coordination and Migration Management:
  Coordinate and manage the migration from SAP/R3 to S/4HANA.

• Technical Point of Contact:
  Act as the central point of contact for technical questions and inquiries related to the migration project.

• Risk and Issue Management:
  Identify and manage risks and bottlenecks.

• Quality Assurance:
  Review and ensure quality standards are met.

• Project Activity Management:
  Plan, monitor, and document project activities.

• Training and Coaching:
  Train, advise, and coach on the application of project management processes, methods, and tools, especially SAP Activate.

• Conceptual and Communication Skills:
  Excellent conceptual and communication abilities.

• SAP Module Integration:
  Strong knowledge of business integration of SAP modules.

• Greenfield Implementation Experience:
  Several years of experience in Greenfield implementation projects.

• Banking Sector Experience:
  Project experience within the banking environment.

• Stakeholder Management:
  Confident demeanor and experience in dealing with stakeholders and team members.

• Agile Methodologies:
  Knowledge of agile methodologies such as SAFe or Scrum is desirable, especially in conjunction with SAP Activate.

• S/4HANA Expertise:
  Solid knowledge of S/4HANA Finance, SD, PS, TRM, and Procurement modules.

• Technical Interfaces:
  Experience with interfaces and technology integration.

• System Premises:
  OnPrem system, no use of SAP BTP.

• Best Practices:
  Application of selected best practices.

• Fiori First Strategy:
  Adherence to a Fiori First strategy (initially a mix of Launchpad and Sapgui for backend).

• Interface Modernization:
  Modernization of interfaces.
