Requirements:

• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information technology, or project management, is typically required. Some positions may prefer or require a master's degree or relevant certifications.
• Certifications: Having project management certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 can be advantageous.
• Experience: Several years of experience in IT project management (ideally in Public Sector)
• Technical Proficiency: Strong technical knowledge is essential. You should be familiar with relevant software, hardware, and IT systems. Depending on the specific project, expertise in certain technologies or programming languages may be required.
• Languages: Fluent in German / Swiss German, English (French nice to have).
