Experis is a global leader in providing personalized recruitment solutions and IT professionals and our client is looking for an Operative Procurement Specialist, and support their procurement operations from a nearshore location.
Location: Nearshore, remote (all over Europe)
Department: Procurement
Seniority Level: S1/S2
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement operations for an annual spend of up to €250 million.
- Handle 400 suppliers, including 140 tail suppliers for indirect categories such as agencies, software, and facility management.
- Lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable terms and partnerships.
- Utilize SAP Ariba to streamline and manage the Procure-to-Pay process.
- Ensure compliance and efficiency in procurement operations within a global financial services environment (FS Experience preferred).
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in operative procurement, especially within indirect spend categories.
- Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in SAP Ariba and understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience with supplier management in facility management, software, or agency-related services is an advantage.
