Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for a Senior Receptionist.
Location: Zürich
Start date: 01.11.2024
End date: 31.12.2025
Main responsibilities
- Warm, friendly, and professional greeting and care for clients, guests, and visitors.
- Provide high-quality service and support to visitors in the customer zones at the bank's headquarters.
- Offer information on local hotels, restaurants, and attractions.
- Arrange taxi and limousine services upon request.
- Maintain the impeccable presentation of the reception area and customer zones.
- Perform various administrative tasks as required.
Your skills:
- Prior experience in customer service or guest relations.
- Education in hospitality or airline industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Strong customer and service orientation.
- Fluent in German and English (French is a plus).
- Good team player, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in basic PC applications.
- Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus.
