SAP Business Application Manager

We are looking for an experiences SAP Application Manager on behlaf of one of our clients in Aargau.

Description:

The tasks
- Advice and support for key users and users
- Supervision and support of SAP ERP and various interfaces to warehouse management systems, Lion, customs and other business applications
- SAP master data support
- Collaboration in IT projects and coordination of external service providers
- Proactive monitoring of systems and applications
- Link to 2nd nd level support and escalation management
- Creation of documentation and evaluations
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, CSV, ISO, plant and Group regulations

Your profile
- Completed commercial or technical training with corresponding additional training, federal diploma as a computer scientist, higher technical college or similar
- At least 3-5 years of experience in SAP support
- SAP expertise in at least two of the modules PP, MM, SD and QM
- Customizing knowledge is an advantage
- Good database knowledge
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft products
- Analytical and networked thinking as well as a methodical and structured approach
- Competent and professional personality with a customer and service-oriented attitude as well as a friendly and pleasant demeanor
- Fluent written and spoken German & English skills
