🚀 Your Mission

Are you passionate about Agile practices and energizing tech teams? We are looking for a Scrum Master based in Lausanne.
You'll ensure the smooth running of agile processes while actively supporting project delivery and team collaboration.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Drive Agile best practices across teams

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives)

• Support capacity planning and budget tracking

• Assist with administrative project tasks when required

🛠️ Technical Environment

• Middleware: Tomcat, WebSphere

• Containers: Docker

• DevOps Pipeline: Jenkins, Git, XLDeploy, XLRelease

• Automation: Ansible, Automation Tower / AWX (or strong scripting skills ready to port into Ansible)

• Systems: Linux (Red Hat distributions)

• APIs and Monitoring: API Management, Splunk, Dynatrace

💼 Profile Sought

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master within digital or tech-driven environments

• Strong ability to lead teams collaboratively and facilitate agile adoption

• Technical understanding to effectively support DevOps and delivery teams
