Executive Assistant

Experis is currently supporting our client, a premier global technology brand, with their search for a Executive Assistant. I am looking for you: a specialist with several years of experience in supporting senior executives, with strong communication skills in both English & German (French is a plus). This contract position is slated to last 18 months and is based in the Zurich area. If you bring along the required background and can start ASAP, then please read on and apply!

You will support our customer by:

  • Coordinating, planning, engaging local and global programs and events
  • Scheduling business and internal / external meetings
  • Attending, protocolling, and scheduling digital meetings
  • Supporting Management Board Members
  • Negotiating and publishing organizational charts and distributing groups

Your specific background:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as an executive assistant
  • Previous experience working for a globally-operating company
  • Very strong communication skills
  • Excellent English and German (French - is a big plus)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365, Microsoft Teams
