Duration: 31.12.2024 + chance of extension

Location: Bern Worblaufe and remote (division about 60% on site)

Workload percentage: 80-100%

Project: Client's existing SAP system landscape has reached the end of its life cycle. With the S/4 program, our client will not only replace today's complex ERP system with a new SAP solution by 2027, but will also take advantage of the opportunity to consistently simplify and standardize processes and systems across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing the S/4 requirements in the warehouse/logistics environment in the Explore Phase
• Implementing the S/4 requirements in the build phases
• Carrying out design workshops including documentation
• Creating the necessary artifacts in the SAP Focused Build (Functional Specification, Collaboration Diagrams and Configuration Design Specification)
• Coordinating the technical requirements as a link between the work organization in Switzerland and our development partner abroad
• Ensuring communication with the relevant stakeholders in the work organization such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, Test Manager.etc.
• Co-designing the future integration into the S/4 HANA solution (including customization) within a BizDevOps team.

Your Skills:

• You have a very good knowledge of SAP logistics modules, especially SAP EWM but also MM, WM
• You have practical experience in the technical connection of warehouse technology (via MFS, MFR) ideally in connection with labelling and mobile dialogues
• Several years of experience in the end-to-end implementation of EWM embedded
• You also need very good experience in the creation of functional specifications and in customizing as well as integrative knowledge of the adjacent SAP modules such as QM, FI/CO
• You have the ability to explain and present responsible topics
• You have good knowledge of Confluence, Jira and O365
• You are a team- and customer-oriented personality with very good analytical and conceptual skills and a pronounced, agile mindset (SAFe/Scrum)
• Good knowledge of a national language (German, French or Italian) and good knowledge of English
