Surface Operations Go-To-Market Manager

* Location: Switzerland, Zurich, hybrid (1-2 days in the office)
* Required start date: ASAP
* Required end date: 30/06/2025 (Potential to extend to full 18-month contract depending on budget & performance)
* Work schedule: 41 hours per week, flexible (8am till 5pm)

We are seeking an enthusiastic Go-To-Market Manager for our client, a world leading IT company, focused on the operations of its Swiss Surface Commercial hardware business. This role is a critical support function that is aligning stakeholders within the company to ensure the partners have all the tools and programs they need to successfully bring our hardware innovation to Swiss customers across all industries and sizes.


Key Responsibilities:
- Promotions: Owning and driving promotion management including channel partner communication, flyers etc.
- Supply Operations: Surface SKU Management and inventory management, internal supply communication
- Ownership of the internal as well as external device loan pool
- Sales Support: Support sales teams as well as our channel partners with loan management and marketing content
- Go-To-Market Planning and Execution: Supporting GTM lead with the planning of events and GTM campaigns. Help launching new devices in the Swiss market and work closely with internal stakeholders to create awareness.


Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English as well as German- written and spoken
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of hardware / Surface products and Microsoft ecosystem is a plus
