Your Responsibilities:

• Design and master the architecture of solutions (Mendix).
• Lead a development team, ensuring effective collaboration aligned with the project's objectives.
• Participate in development activities.
• Contribute to the skill development of the development teams on Mendix technology.
• Define and ensure best practices within the development teams
• Serve as a reference on Mendix technology and intervene in pre-sales or consulting with our client portfolio.

Your Skills:

• Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance Mendix-based applications.
• Strong knowledge of Mendix best practices, including microflows, domain modeling, security, and performance optimization.
• Ability to define end-to-end application architectures, integrate Mendix with external systems (APIs, databases), and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), automated testing, and deployment strategies in a Mendix environment.
• Ability to work closely with business analysts, UX designers, and developers to translate requirements into efficient Mendix solutions.
• Understanding of enterprise security policies, data governance, and Mendix application lifecycle management.
• Capability to guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to Mendix and software development best practices.
• Fluency in English is a must
