Role Overview
The IT Supply Chain Workstream Lead for the company STEP Transformation Program is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the integration and implementation of S/4 HANA within Supply Chain function.
Key scope elements within Supply Chain: SAP IBP, SAP TM, SAP, eWM, SAP GTS and new artwork and PLM solutions, within the transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities & accountabilities

Lead the technology workstream by developing and executing comprehensive solutions within supply chain Planning, Logistics, Intercompany Order management, Trade Compliance, ArtWork and PLM.
Integrate supply chain processes to improve forecasting supply and demand planning ( SAP IBP, streamline logistics and connect suppliers ( SAP TM and Logistics Collaboration), manufacturers ( SAP SCC), optimize warehousing ( SAP eWM) as well as Trrade Compliance SAP GTS as Order Management solution.

Person would need to ensure that assigned vendor delivering in line with company strategy and priorities. Collaborate with other work streams and business teams.

Firstly, the blueprint phrase, within the blue print the role is going to be defining

* The future operating model within the supply chain scope.
* Define a future stack of technologies for supply chain planning for artwork and PLM.
* High level to be process design (L3, L4, L5)
* Define required integrations

Secondly, Core design
* Define, prepare and approve all needed functional specifications based on blueprint input
* align with the business on required URS
* Set up core environment and configure based on FS's UR's
* Identify and design required integrations


Skills and Experiences

- Technical Expertise: Extensive technological transformation programs, with a proven track record of successful implementation and integration. E.g. SAP IBP implementation including S&OP, demand planning, supply planning and production planning. Good understanding of integrations within SAP suite (SAP CPI) and 3rd party applications. E.g. Integrations to Forecasting tools, ERP systems. Basic knowledge of SAP Basis. Experience of implementing sap s/4hana as an IT lead. Experience with SAP Fiori interfacing. SAP IBP, TM, GTS, eWM,

- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide cross-functional teams towards achieving common goals.

- Project Management: Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with experience in managing large-scale, complex technology projects. Waterfall methodologies as well agile.
Practical of experience of usage Jira, confluence, KANBAN

- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

- Stakeholder Management: Experience in engaging and managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization, fostering collaboration and alignment.

- Change Management: Knowledge of change management principles and practices, with experience in driving organizational change initiatives.

- Quality Assurance: Understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies, with a commitment to delivering high-quality technology solutions.

- Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards relevant to the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance in all technology implementations.

The candidate can be based in Spain, Germany or Switzerland.
