UI/UX Designer

Experis Switzerland is looking for their client an experienced UI/UX Designer.
Craft next-gen haptic experiences across Desktop and VR with a customer-centric approach. Collaborate closely with Senior Designer and Product Team to empower developers in delivering top-tier haptic solutions.

Location: remote
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: until end of year with an extension

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively to understand project requirements and user needs
• Translate broad concepts into intuitive, elegant UI/UX designs
• Develop end-to-end flows and propose innovative layouts and experiences
• Interface seamlessly with engineers for optimal design implementation
• Present ideas clearly to the product team, incorporating feedback iteratively

Requirements:

• 2+ years in Product Design, UI/UX, or Graphic/Interaction Design
• Technical environment experience or openness to it
• Proficiency in Figma and strong visual design skills
• Portfolio showcasing diverse design capabilities
• Ability to define user experiences based on needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• UI & UX design experience for VR applications
• Excitement for innovative haptic software solutions
• Familiarity with design systems, principles, and components
• Understanding of user-centered design processes
• Collaborative spirit with cross-functional stakeholders
