Do you have professional experience in a process driven environment with focus on continuous improvement; experience in implementing process improvement methodologies, and automation & digitization of procurement & supply chain processes ?

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an Associate Specialist, Vendor Management & Process Optimisation to join one of their clients, a well-known international financing and partnership organization (non-profit), based in Geneva.

Your responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for managing the service delivery performance and driving continuous improvement projects for Outsourced Service Providers. This role will support the Pooled Procurement Mechanism by ensuring high-quality, efficient service across multiple providers.

Key responsibilities include supporting the Specialist VM & PO on behalf of the Indirect team in the following transformation activities :

- Project management, development and implementation of a strengthened vendor management and process optimization approach and management system to achieve best value for money outcome.

- Vendor management & process improvement activities across the end-to-end Indirect process

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:

• Bachelor's degree or above in project management, supply chain management, business,
• Certification in Project Management.
• Relevant courses or certification in vendor and supplier relationship management
• Demonstrated experience in process driven environment with focus on continuous improvement; experience in implementing process improvement methodologies, and automation & digitization of procurement & supply chain processes
• Written and spoken fluency in English and preferably a good working knowledge of French
