On beahlf of our Pharmaceutical company in Schaffhausen we are recruiting for a Construction Manager for a 12 month Contract opportunity.
Construction Manager for Site Master Plan execution Tasks:
- Oversight of construction process for buildings and infrastructure from client perspective
- Oversee / provide direction to CM firm, GCs, sub contractors and vendors Liaise between engineering, architects and suppliers Manage resources / scope / planning work schedules / construction phasing and sequencing
- Monitoring building progress and costs Checking quality (deliveries and workmanship) Maintaining / promoting a Safe Site
- Supporting technical discussions / changes / construction methods knowledge
- 10 years in construction management, preferably in pharmaceutical industry Civil engineer or comparable Language skills:
- Fluency in German and English
