D365 Support Specialist

Our client is looking for D365 Support Specialist. We are seeking a skilled D365 Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on training end users, documenting processes, and supporting the successful implementation of D365 systems. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independently planning and conducting training sessions and workshops.

Responsibilities:

User Training:

• Conduct end user training sessions using recorded task recordings.
• Record additional task recordings to document processes.
• Adhere to the required structure for creating training packages as defined by the client.
• Plan end user training in coordination with key users.

Training Workshops:

• Lead training workshops with a focus on GoLive preparation, including live tests with all involved users.
• Develop and independently plan training workshops.
• Create workshop materials and assignments for users.

Data Management:

• Perform manual master data maintenance, including recording training documentation.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in D365 implementation and user training.
• Strong ability to create and manage training documentation and packages.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to lead workshops and live test sessions effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and able to work independently.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with the structure and requirements of training packages in a corporate setting.
• Experience in conducting live tests and GoLive preparation sessions.

Additional Information:

• This role requires close collaboration with key users and stakeholders to ensure training sessions are well-coordinated and effective.
• The ability to document and maintain accurate training materials is essential.
