ITSM Engineer

Your responsibilities:

- Collaboration in the implementation of a new ITSM solution.

- Management of our ITSM processes and their automation. You have a strong focus on incident, change, service request and configuration management

- Designing and improving modern processes with a focus on automation via command and control

- Participate in planning and strategy meetings and assist in defining the organisation and service delivery

What do you bring:

IT skills:

- Scripting and automation: skills in scripting languages to automate tasks: Senior - more than 5 years of experience

- Experience with API integration/development: Senior - more than 5 years of experience

- ITIL and DevOps experience: Senior - more than 5 years of experience

- Knowledge of ITSM tools: Several years of experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Ivanti or BMC Remedy: Senior - more than 5 years of experience

- Several years of experience with IT Asset Management and IT Configuration Management processes: Senior - more than 5 years of experience

- Experience in managing IT projects and implementing ITSM processes: Senior - more than 5 years of experience
