Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for a Lead Release Manager.

Location: Zürich

Start date: ASAP

Duration: Permanent

Main responsibilities

  • Bringing your expertise to drive the Bank wide technical release and deployment management across all Bank applications/services and managing the Bank wide release schedule
  • Acting as subject matter expert for interface and technical dependency management for bespoke, hybrid and SAAS solutions
  • Ensuring stability of production systems through ensuring release procedures are followed, risks identified and impediments removed
  • Interfacing with development teams, supporting analysis of defects and prioritization of fixes for releases
  • Ensuring bank wide release regression testing: identification of regression test cases, regression planning and execution

Your skills:

  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant industry certifications
  • Software development background including extensive experience with systems developed using JSF
  • 7+ Years within a technical/development area within Banking, including strong knowledge of originations, cards authorization, collections and document management systems/processes
  • Excellent knowledge of release and deployment processes including demonstrable
  • experience designing, implementing and managing
  • Excellent communication skills in English
