What You'll Do
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI models that make a real impact. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Developing and optimizing ML models for use cases such as prediction, automation, and optimization.
✅ Designing and implementing MLOps pipelines to ensure smooth model deployment and monitoring.
✅ Collaborating with data engineers, software developers, and business teams to turn data into intelligent solutions.
✅ Bringing models from research to production, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
✅ Experimenting with feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and model performance improvements.
✅ Staying up to date with the latest ML advancements and best practices to enhance our approach.
Who You Are
We are looking for practical, hands-on ML Engineers with the following skills:
🔹 3+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or AI development.
🔹 Proficiency in Python (experience with R is a plus). Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
🔹 Strong understanding of ML model deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless frameworks).
🔹 Experience with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines to automate training, deployment, and monitoring.
🔹 Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed computing frameworks.
🔹 Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases for managing structured and unstructured data.
🔹 Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to explain ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
