Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic direction of data science and AI initiatives.
• Develop AI solutions in areas such as pension advisory, risk assessment, and fraud detection.
• Lead end-to-end projects, from data exploration to model deployment.
• Act as a key interface between IT teams, business units, and external partners.
• Build partnerships with research institutions and industry stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a strong data culture.

Required Skills & Experience

✅ Educational Background - University degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
✅ Data Science & Machine Learning Expertise - 3+ years of experience in data science, AI, or ML, ideally in a leadership role.
✅ Technical Proficiency - Strong knowledge of Python or R and machine learning libraries.
✅ Data Management - Experience with databases, data warehouses, and BI tools.
✅ Communication Skills - Ability to translate technical insights into business-friendly narratives.
✅ Industry Experience (Bonus) - Familiarity with social security data or medical records is a plus.
