🎯 About the Role

We are partnering with a renowned Swiss banking institution to find a highly skilled Network & Telecom Engineer. In this role, you'll be a vital member of the IT infrastructure team, ensuring robust, secure, and efficient communication systems across multiple sites, including data centers, branches, and the head office.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot network, telecom, and video conferencing systems

• Monitor network health and resolve incidents while enforcing security policies

• Administer and support firewall infrastructure and security appliances

• Provide first- and second-line support for all network and telecom-related issues

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure continuous service delivery

🧠 Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• 10+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within Swiss banking or financial institutions

• Expert knowledge in:

  • Cisco data center and wireless infrastructure

  • Cisco Unified Communication & Collaboration (CUCM, Unity)

  • Cisco ISE, SD-WAN, Firewalls, VPNs, IPS

  • BIG-IP Load Balancers (LTM, APM, AWAF)

  • Web security gateways and filtering tools

• Strong grasp of IT security principles and network defense

• Certified in Cisco and/or network/security/telecom disciplines

• Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and team spirit

• Fluent in both French and English

• Must be resident in Switzerland

• Open to occasional off-hours work
