Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant.

Location: Zurich

Start date: 01.06.2025

Duration: 8 months - with possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spend 1-2 days per week at our client's secure archive facility, ensuring the proper management and handling of archival materials.
  • Provide cross-functional support across the organization on a variety of operational tasks and smaller projects.
  • Collaborate with different teams to assist with ongoing initiatives and administrative needs.
  • Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work environments.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Cooperative and communicative
  • Flexible and proactive
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus.
