As part of increasing the activity of one of our clients, we are looking for a Safety, Quality and Security Manager with an experience in air traffic control: radar visualization, flight plan management systems and decision-support tools for air traffic controllers.
- Main mission:
- Managing our Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27.001:2022 standards.
- Take ownership of the implementation of EASA regulatory standards for the DPO certification.
- Lead continuous improvement measures in order to increase efficiency.
- Advocate a horizontal Quality and Safety culture among the processes through an ongoing coaching, training and promotion of internal quality processes and safety culture.
- Manage Quality Assurance to ensure that quality standards are achieved.
- Perform Internal audits ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
- Participate in consulting missions as expert on software assurance and safety in the field of air traffic management.
- Lead a team of 3 quality engineers, organize the workload and take responsibility for delivery dates and follow up the implementation of the company strategic objectives regarding quality, software assurance, safety and security.

- You demonstrate resilience under pressure and are flexible in your approach.
- Mandatory technical skills:
- Engineering degree.
- Knowledge of Integrated Management systems.
- Experience of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, EN9100 is an added value.
- Past exposure to EASA certification in Aerospace Industries.
- You have a high analytical capacity, and you are adaptable, autonomous, rigorous and service oriented.
- You have acquired a significant experience in managing projects within you domain of expertise
- Experience in the Aerospace Industry or Air Traffic Control domain is mandatory.
- Experience with standards such as ED-153, ED-109, or DO-178 and DO 254 is mandatory.
- You have a high resistance to stress and you are flexible.
- Practical experience with of Agile development methodologies.
- Fluent written and spoken English is required. French is a plus.
- Willingness to travel in Switzerland and internationally.
- Prior experience:
- You have at least 8 years of experience in Air Traffic Management or other safety-critical domains.
- Experience as manager in Safety, quality and security management of the quality department
- Experience of software development processes in safety-critical environment.
- Knowledge of EASA certification in Aerospace Industries.
- Language requirements:
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory,
- French level: B1
- German is a plus.
