Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 4 Months + chance of extension
Location: 2 days in Berne onsite (Tuesday is a MUST, the other day is flexible) & 1 day home office
Workload percentage: 100%
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and lead the Scrum ceremonies according to SAFe (Review, Retro, Sprint and PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, Daily)
- Coach and develop the teams
- Ensure and optimize the agile project methodology
- Fix impediments
- Lead the collaboration between architects, product owner and epic owner
- Support the product owner in managing the backlog
- Orchestrate within SAFe construct and support the RTE
- Collaborate in resource acquisition
- Leading Scrum teams towards self-organization based on agile principles.
- Promote optimal team collaboration and continuous product improvement with the aim of maximizing the value of ICT systems.
Your Skills:
- At least 9 years of experience
- Scrum Master certificate
- German is a must
- Team player qualities, good communication and presentation skills
