ERP Business Expert (ENG/GER)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated IT Business Specialist (m/f/d), fluent in English with good knowledge of German (B2), to join our client's team. This role will involve supporting strategic IT projects, managing and maintaining production and business software, and ensuring the availability of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance and Optimize: Drive the expansion and optimization of the software landscape, introduce new software, and adjust software architectures to meet current needs. Work closely with an interdisciplinary and geographically dispersed team.
• Project Impact: Your strategic projects will affect various aspects and workflows within the organization. Build a network and understand processes quickly to assess requirements and make creative suggestions in a broader context.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal and external service providers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• System Maintenance: Maintain existing systems and handle complex issues in Level 2 support.

Your Profile:

• Experience: Extensive experience with ERP systems and related systems. Expertise in system integration, databases, and data lakes/warehouses.
• Innovative Mindset: Open to innovation and enjoys working with diverse teams.
• Languages: Fluent in English; German ideally and French is advantageous.
